Yes. I work with a trusted network of local professionals and can connect you with the right people to support your purchase from start to finish.
Will your services cost anything to help me buy a home?
No. In most cases, my services are paid by the seller. Even in rare situations where that is not the case, there is no additional cost to you, that's my guarantee.
Will I need to sign a contract to work with you?
Yes. We typically start with a 90-day Buyer Representation Agreement so you have committed representation while we work together to find the right home, but we can also discuss a shorter term if that better suits your situation. If at any point you’re not satisfied and I’m not meeting your expectations, I’m happy to discuss a release.
Do you only work with buyers in specific areas or price ranges?
I work across West GTA communities including Burlington, Oakville, Milton, Hamilton Areas and Grimsby and help buyers at various price points, with a focus on finding the right home and opportunity for your goals.
